okay it's probably not my last Oak Tree post cause they are just too cool......
Each tree is so different, so unique.
They all have their own character which is why I am so drawn to them.
I love this picture above because it shows a great perspective
of how big the tree is.
My truck below it is a full sized Chevy...
it looks so tiny next to the grand Oak Trees.
Like I said - these trees all have stories.
This one holds the story of two star gazed lovers who left their
initials on the tree....

I am always impressed by those big, old, oak trees.
How nice, seeing some grass and green stuff in the middle of this endlessness of winter!
The truck was a great idea, it does give a sense of the size of the tree that you just wouldn't get if you photographed the tree by itself.
Your first shot also tells such a story - car pulled over on side of road, taking in the story of the tree. Thanks for sharing.
